3.68M- Detergent bottle problem

Nothing is coming out of the detergent bottle. I have it on min pressure as per the manual. The bottle is full. The pipe is not blocked & the small filter at the bottle end of the pipe is not blocked. the detergent is not too thick & I've tried running with plain water & still it will not work.
Has anyone any ideas & to what i can do- apart from taking it to a repair centre?

Hi, firstly try taking the lance off the gun to make sure the machine is reaching its lw pressure mode.
if this still fails, it could be some old chemical in the clave that had dried and shut the valve, remove the hose from the machine ad blowdown the chemical tube, this should dislodge any blockage
