Kracher HD801B pressure washer
Hi
The HD801B is making a lot of noise, dismatling the pump and running the motor with only the gearbox on its ok. Can you advise if I need to look at replacing the bearing, and at the same time the gaskets and piston bushes etc. Do you supply a kit for the pump end over haul? Thanks |

There is a gap at the bottom of the pump assembly between the two pump halves where the oil pours out, I think the previous repair left something out as the oil pours out through the gap in the casting, that's why I suspected the bearing failing as it must have run dry for a while. A diagram would help if you have one on the web. Many thanks Robert |

Can you asdvise how to get the housing (part 5.039-146.0) off the motor as it seams to be a press fit? I'll need to replace bearing, oil seal, o ring, shaft and cheese head screw, any other parts I should replace? Thanks Robert |

Hi, Robert. once the 4 bolts that hold the housing onto the motor it should pull off, there not pressed on, the parts needede can be ordered from http://www.cleanstuff.co.uk just place the numbers into the search minus the dots and dashes and the last 0.
please check the conection on the end of item 6 (swash plate) this should be bolted to the end of item 13 steve Karcher Center Chemtec - The Uk's Leading Karcher Specialist http://www.chemtec.co.uk http://www.cleanstuff.co.uk |

Hi Steve I needed the machine sooner so I've taken it to the shop, which was closer than I expected in Stanmore. THanks for your help in this. Kind regards Robert |
