K650

I have a K650 which is forcing pressure water out of the nipple on the cylinder hear where the washer bottle pipe connects, unfortuantely the silver sticker is hard to read.

It is most pressurized when no water is flowing through the gun, the leak goes away under load.

I have removed the plastic insert in the outlet pipe and it and blown through it and there apear to be no cracks (but I guess this is unconclusive), I think the the throttle valve which allows pressure from the cylinder head may be fault?

Hi Will,

If the water is leaking from the chemical inlet nipple then you will need a new chemical valve.

The part number for the valve is 2883258 and can be bought from http://www.cleanstuff.co.uk
