I have a problem with the high pressure male connector not being retained in the female section. The spring retainers operate freely but fail to hold the male high pressure connector when the washer operates. The o ring appears ok. The connector has been engaged about 10x. The washer is 18 months old. Could you please advise what parts are likely to need replacing?
Thanks for your assistance.

RE: K3.550
Hi chris, this is a problem that i am aware of, the black plastic swage that sits over the hose has moved down the hose towards the end of the hose, this now sits too far forward and will not allow the nipple into the quick realise coupling, try swapping the ends over take the hose out from the trigger and try this end in the machine, this should sort your problem,

Hi Steve

I too have had this issue and I have tried your suggestion and this used to work but now regardless of which end I use the hose keeps on popping out. What would your recommendation be ? I am not too far from Stanmore and could bring the item in if necessary for inspection.

Thanks
