I have a k5.55 and it pulsates when not in use and only has half pressure. I opened it up and no leaks or cracks and the cut off switch is going up and done which is causing the machine to start and stop. I took apart the cylinder head and control head and seals seem ok no breaks etc. any idea what is causing this?

Hi, have a close look at the inlet side of the head, where the safty valve (multi cloured) sits you will find a small crack that runs through the pump, may only be visiable once the head is dry,
